great view but minor service issues

The luxury double room featured a fine view. The festive decor and carefully arranged Christmas tree added a lovely touch that enhanced our experience!

The service at times felt inconsistent, which detracted from an otherwise wonderful experience.

It is a beautifully decorated and modern hotel with incredible view of lake. Very efficient and delightfully helpful staff at the reception desk, everything is fab. Stay here and enjoy your Galway weekend.

The food was GOOD with a lot of choice! The rooms were lovely romantic and top-notch, and the bathroom was luxurious with a bath.

The Spa is a destination in itself.

Calm team from two staff members. The hotel had a very central location in the center of a retail park. And it was also very close to an Asian restaurant as well as Ireland, U.

Brand-new units in particular the beds.

Fabulous hotel amenities and atmosphere.

Upon our arrival, we were exhausted after traveling for 27 hours. Although we informed the hotel in advance about our early arrival, we had to wait 4.5 hours for our room to be ready. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially when all we wanted was to rest. Thankfully, the rest of our stay was pleasant, but that initial experience left a sour note.

I booked last minute, and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's cleanliness and the accommodating staff, though the dark carpeting was a bit oppressive. The comfortable bed and well-supplied bathroom enhanced my experience.

The G was fabulous. All the surprise little extras were amazing and we especially enjoyed the complimentary cup cakes! We will definately visit again, the staff were extremely polite and catered to our everyneed, and the room was exquisite.

The setting of the hotel was not the best.

I loved the design, the madness that worked. It is so unique and different. It is very well run with efficient and friendly staff and so relaxing - a designers paradise !

The spa offered both a sauna and a full-body massage that left us feeling super relaxed.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were well designed and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The location was a let down, the hotel was situated in a retail park aprox 10 - 15 minuits walk from Eyre Square. It didn't impress us from the outside.

The friendly fast efficient service...the spa was outstanding,very clean,great service and well laid out

The food and wine we recieved was V.poor. The chips were not cooked properly,slightly cold also.the portions were V.small for the price.also the wine was recommended by the waiter so we went ahead with her choice but neither myself or my boyfriend could drink it!!! Also another down fall with the hotel is the lack of lifts.we stayed in room 242 and the distance from lift to hotel room was too far for any hotel.was surprised with this!!!

The thermal suite was relaxing and the hydrothermal treatments were fantastic. The junior suite was amazing!

I really enjoyed being there, the place is lovely and absolutely amazing.

the hotel was clean, everything was 10/10. the room was exceptional & tidy, came with the heating on full and a lovely view, for instance. the venue's position was very central. the restaurant was great for dinner. the service offered was brilliant. i was there for the weekend and had a memorable stay, so i would like to come again.
